htc mytouch 3g busted menu key

hi i need help with my Htc Mytouch fone (t-mobile)
The menu key is busted, and ive search forums regarding this issue and they said a hard reset might help but still nothing happened, is there another way to fix this? Or is a fone technician is really the last resort?

Hi paupau, and welcome to AF

If it's a physical button and no longer responds then it may well be a hardware problem. In fact if a hard reset didn't fix it it's extremely unlikely to be software. So my guess is that you need a repair.

I am sorry to hear that. If it is still under warranty, why not visit the shop where you purchased it? I am sure their technical control can help you with your problem.
