I updated my HTC one, sprint,to android 4.3 two days ago, now i cant receive calls and only about one out of 8 calls makes it out.. I called sprint and was on the phone for one hour resetting, updating prl, and profile nothing worked... Finally told me to do a hard reset so I did and the reloaded everything ... same thing... Called HTC they were not much help but finally they said it maybe the sim card!? I can still get wifi internet, access emails and everything, blinkfeed works just no calls.. 3G works and 4g as far as i can tell but no calls... Any ideas ?? The phone is not rooted
