Ok i got this phone about 1-3 months ago it has been great but
when i was first time poking this phone i tried to change the tool bar or the bar where all the apps are like camera etc
it did not let me do it so i went into settings and disabled the stock internet browser and it disappeared from the tool bar so i put chrome there and somehow i tricked the phone to thinking chrome is a pre installed app that i cant delete is there way to trick the phone again or do i have to root the phone or something because when i try to delete it it just deletes the updates but does not go away
