Hello I am having problems with flash player on my HTC one, I have Flash Player installed and I know that on my browser Flash Player is enabled so that is not the issue I am just now turning to the forums for an answer hopefully because I've been havig this issue for months, I have Adobe Flash Player installed and I do know that flash player has stopped production in 2011 but I know you can also install older versions of flash player, please don't answer with a restart your phone and turn it back on and try then that is not the issue I know that and please do not ask me to reinstall Flash Player and check it then that will not work I have done it literally a hundred times I have counted so if anyone might have an answer for this please message me I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had this problem and thank you for the answers.

Android dropped Flash support years ago and it finally stopped working for me with HTC with Flash capable browsers in KitKat.
The only solution I know is to use Dolphin browser, and Dolphin Jetpack and install the modified Flash to support it.
