hi htc one, I wanted to ask a little assistance, I have a htc one which is locked s-on. and we like to use my place in Albania that uses the GSM network, but when I put a network card and does not require me the unlocking code. and the yardstick to decide auto setings when the leaves started coming gsm, I ring. What advice please. and a detail when I want to unlock the IMEI * # 06 # IMEI is not correct.

We need to clarify a couple of things. The bootloader screen says "Locked" and "S-On", but neither of these things is relevant here. That stuff concerns rooting and loading unofficial software, but is nothing to do with network locks.

My guess is that the phone is locked to some other network. If you bought it through a different network that's very likely to be the case. If the phone had been unlocked it would ask you for a code when you insert the SIM, so my guess is that it has not been unlocked.

IMEI "incorrect" is worrying. Why do you say this? Because it disagrees with the IMEI you find from the "About" settings? Or because it doesn't work with the unlocking code? In the latter case it may be that the unlocking is bad rather than the IMEI. If you are sure the IMEI is wrong, then while I know you can't reply the question I'd like to ask is "where did you get the phone from?". If the IMEI is really bad then that would cast questions on the phone's history.
