Help HTC One Jellybean - no sync

Great - JB finally arrived. I'm beginning to wish I'd ignored it. So far I'm not seeing anything exciting and new. But now, I can't sync my calendar and contacts.

HTC Sync says "no device connected" despite me upgrading it to the latest version I can find (3.2.20).

The phone doesn't have the "choose connection type" screen any more. It connects as a "Media Device" (I can still browse around it with Windows Expolorer) and mounts the mini-drive with HTC Sync installer on it. But that's as far as I can now get.

Not manually - but I downloaded and installed the latest version I could find and *it* remove the previous version and started over.

BTW - W7 users have to do this logged in as "Administrator" not as an admin user, I found out the long winded way.
