Help HTC One M7 | No System Files, and won't be picked up by pc

Hey Everyone,
So i was trying to root my HTC One M7 and i stuffed it up and i ended up accidentally deleted all my system files, and the phone wont show up one my PC.
Have i stuffed my Phone or is there a way to fix this?
Pls Help.

I assume you know how to use fastboot, so boot into the bootloader, in fastboot mode and type fastboot getvar all.
Then post the output here.

Do you have a custom recovery and if so can you boot into it? Twrp/Cwm

(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-0e2a13e5

Did you make a backup in Twrp? Is your phone Optus or Australian unbranded?
Oh and edit your post and remove your imei and serial number.

That would be an apps backup if i remember right. I meant a nandroid backup like a full system backup in Twrp.
If not you could do one of a few things. Locate a RUU and relock the bootloader and run it.
Flash a custom ROM of your liking that supports international devices, most do.
Or find a backup from someone who has the same device, with the same details as your M7, cid and mid etc.

Maybe @EarlyMon can point you to a RUU.

I dont have a full backup, where is a good place t o download a ROM or RUU.

I looked quickly for an RUU, if you had S off vs S On this would be a walk in the park as far as a RUU.
For a custom ROM, Google search M7 roms, and you'll see a ton of them.

As long as they don't require S off and match the android version you had it's easy. Copy the boot.img from the rom into your adb folder or whatever you named it. Flash the rom, boot into fastboot flash the boot.img and reboot. A factory reset is the norm prior to flashing a ROM but since you wiped the phone, i see no real need.
