Help HTC One M8 in boot loop

[HTC One M8 boot loop]

My HTC One M8 keeps booting to the Cyanogen Mod splash screen or boot animation, and then just restarts. . . It does this infinitely. I can access my custom recovery (TWRP) and bootloader mode. I've tried reflashing, wiping, different versions of CM and nothing works. I have a backup of stock HTC sense 6 rom that works perfectly. I really want CM11 or CM12 to work but it just keep rebooting! And yes, I am flashing the correct boot.img file for any Rom I flash.
