hey there, I had to restart my phone last night as it was not calling. It took a while to load the first boot screen, went black for 10 seconds then froze on the second boot screen.
I have hard reset a couple of times to no avail.
Since then I have put it in recovery mode, this brings up a black screen with a picture of the phone and a red symbol.
I have also attempted a factory reset and currently it has been sitting on the android is starting page with "starting apps" it has been on this screen for about 20 minutes now.
If anyone knows any tricks please help
