I bought a HTC One M8 and when the display is on, the bottom of the screen gradually moves up and flickers. When the display is turned off, it goes away slowly. The bar at the top seems to appear at the bottom too. It doesn't seem to be a hardware problem from what I've gathered. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
