HTC One M8 stuck in bootloop

Hi everyone im in a real jam here. I just replaced the damaged charging port of my phone and I got the following error on my phone when i tried to turn it on after replacing:

when I try to go to recovery or even hboot to factory reset it just restarts then comes back to this screen again.
I read a thread here from the following link: http://androidforums.com/threads/m8-stuck-in-a-bootloop.921569/ and i got the following info down just incase it helps. I live in Germany and i kinda have no idea how to save my phone.
