HTC ONE M8 Stuck on starting apps

Hi

It was stuck on restart, after trying fastboot, recovery, Factory Reset etc it's now stuck on starting apps again. I was using Marshmallow and the last updates done before the the trouble was Google & Whatsapp.
Please help me.

If it's hanging on the same screen, you need to do a hard shut off, then access your recovery.

A hard shut off can be done by pressing Power & volume up.

To access your recovery, press and hold both the power & volume down key until the Fastboot menu appears.

Select HBOOT then RECOVERY.

Recoveries vary, but "Wipe Dalvik cache" is usually under Wipe or Storage.
