HTC One message system problem

hi community, i have a htc one device and it works fine for me until i update something (idk it was android system or htc sense or messaging software or anything else) now i have a problem: my time zone works fine (+3:30 GMT) and also my system clock and sending messages time, but when i get an SMS i see it has a unreal receiving time usually between +3 and +9 hours later after the real time that i get the message.
for example: i send a message for Sara in 7:00 am and he reply me in 7:05. the sending time in my conversation menu is 7:00 (exact) but the receiving time in menu shows 1:00 pm.
WHat should i do to fix this?
android version: 5.0.2
sense version: 6.0

In Android main settings, do:
Settings > Apps > All > Select your Messaging app > Force stop > Clear cache.
Restart the phone.

If you still have trouble, try clearing the cache partition. Recommend this be done only after all else has failed except a factory reset.

To wipe the cache partition, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down key.
3. Press and release the Power key to turn the phone on.
4. Continue holding the Volume Down.
5. Release the Volume Down key when the three Android images appear on the bottom of the screen.
6. Press the Volume Down key once to move the cursor from FASTBOOT to RECOVERY.
7. Press the Power key to begin the wipe.
8. The device displays the bootup screen followed by a phone with a red triangle.
9. Press the Up Volume key and Power key at the same time.
10. Press the Down Volume key three times to select Wipe cache partition.
11. Press the Power key to initiate the wipe.
12. Wait until the phone displays Cache wipe complete.
13. Press the Power key to select Reboot system now.

If this does not resolve your issue, the next step a master reset.

tnx for reply but still no difference... ur first solution not worked cuz when i press clear cache nothing happen, its not grey but when i push it nothing happen... and so after ur 2nd solution.
what is a master reset is it the same with factory reset? i don't like to erase anything or change anything

you have no other choice. if the clear cache and data does not work for the program in question, then factory reset is whats left.

without seeing your phone in person, all we can do over the internet is guess. we dont know what you have on the phone, what mods you have done what other apps may be causing the trouble, etc.

we are not a support forum for htc. you are welcome to contact htc and have them give you other ideas if you do not want to do a factory reset.
