Help HTC One Mini stuck in bootloader

[MrBoooM]

Hi my phone has been acting weird lately, when i start up or reboot the phone it directly goes to the bootloader menu.

this is what it says:

*** Locked ***

HBOOT-2.22.0000
OS-4.09.401.3
eMMC-boot 1024MB

Fastboot

Bootloader
reboot
reboot bootloader
Power Down

I have been able to start up the phone by pressing reboot a couple of times and using a mix of the recovery and factory reset options under the bootloader menu, but now it dont seem to matter what i press.

If anyone knows what problem my phone has or how to fix it i would be grateful.

Try going into recovery, clear cache there.
