HTC One owner

Hi folks. Just thought I'd sign up here - long time iPhone user and whilst I still love my iMac, Macbook Air and iPad, I felt the time was right for a jump to android with my mobile phone and decided on the HTC One seeing it was getting good reviews.

Only had the phone 3 days, still still getting used to the change and finding out about what it can do etc.

Look forward to learning more from the forum.

Hello Gaz, welcome to the forums.

I have an iPhone 5 and an HTC One as well, so I understand your situation. All my desktops are PCs not macs but I do have an iPad and couldn't live without it. I'm buying the new Retina MacBook Pro for work too.

I'm using the iPhone for work and the HTC One for my personal device and I am finding myself using the HTC more than the iPhone, even for work stuff, due to the better screen. Head on over to the HTC One forums and take a look at the great posts on there. There's a good Battery Life thread with many posts from people (me included) lauding the epic battery life (better than my iPhone 5).

Thanks! To be honest, I thought I'd regret getting the One, but I think it's hands down a brilliant handset and much prefer it to my iphone now.

I've already had a quick look on the HTC One forum (on here I assume you mean?). Looking forward to getting some tips!
