htc one problems

hey guys i just got the htc one and there is some problems

There was some dirt on the white place next to the speakers and white stuff in the gap of the bezel
the front camera is very blurry

is it defective?

It's hard to imagine for me. Could you take a picture of it?

How did it happen? You could try to see what they have to say in the shop where you bought it?

Using compressed air on these devices is not a very good idea, as it can blow debris and dust and even moisture into the device. I'd use a small vacuum, carefully . You can use the smallest attachment for more suction power (the smaller the opening at the end of the attachment, the more suction at that point). Just be careful and gentle so as not to scratch anything.

Another option (I'd do both) is to use rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab to clean everywhere you can reach with it. Don't worry about moisture damage, as rubbing alcohol evaporates very quickly and techs use it all the time to clean electronic parts and components/equipment.
