Help HTc one S crashing

I bought mine not long ago and it worked perfectly initially but after installing few apps it started crashing.From then i hardly do something without it not crashing...when watching video,playing games and even sometimes listening to music. what can i do to make it stop crashing and work normal as before.

What apps have you installed roughly before or around the time it started crashing? Is it rebooting or are you getting Force Close error messages?

I have actually installed many apps from then. games, and stuffs like that.
It doesnt reboot or get force close messages, but rather like when playing temple run it stops for like 5 secs and then continue again.

Has battery life taken a hit? Could be a rogue app running in the background or something like that? Does it stutter when you're switching between homescreens or doing anything light like browsing the internet etc?

yes exactly.it does stutter when im doing such stuffs. Alright I will download and see. How do i delete cache and cookies from the memory and how can you restore factory settings.
