Help HTC one s lock screen automatically switches on mobile data

Hi,

I recently purchased a HTC one s, with stock ICS 4.0.3, However I noticed that when ever when I switch off the screen, if wifi is on, its turned off and mobile data gets turned on even if its off. and when both wifi and data are turned off, mobile data gets turned on automatically. I checked the wifi sleep option and its set to never. still this issue occurs, can you please suggest any fix for this...

Try factory reset, it might help, .
