Help HTC One S on tmobile APN

gtbarry

Android Expert
I am helping a friend with their HTC One and I believe the root of the problem may be that the APN settings were some how changed. (Long story)

I know there is both a t-mobile Data and a t-mobile MMS APN on the phone (not 100% sure those are the names).

Can anyone post their original factory settings for these?

Thanks!

I tried looking for my apn, but to no avail. If you can tell me how to get to it, I can upload a screen shot for you

Apologies, yes, t-mobile USA.

Then to see APN on the HTC One, I believe you:

Go to:

- Settings
- Mobile network
- Access Point Names

Thanks!
