HTC One s using HTC Sync manager

Im trying to use the HTC sync manager to get the photos on my phone on to the computer. On the HTC Support website, it says it will automatically upload the pictures from my phone, but it wont. How do I do this?

Easiest way is to use Windows Explorer (Windows Key + e). You should find the phone under My Computer. Your photos will be in Internal Storage under \DCIM\camera. Just copy/cut and paste to an appropriate location on the PC.
