Help htc one s wont start

i have a htc one s
i did everything step by step
my phone is stuck on when starting up says HTC quietly brilliant
i can get into HBOOT
and when i get into "recovery" i do have access to Clockworkmod recovery v5.8.3.1

under mounts and storage menu, i cannot mount sdcard, or even format sdcard, i cannot mount usb storage either

when i click install from zip it says unable to open UMS lunfile
