I'm having a issue with my phone not charging for a long time. The orange light comes on but starts to flicker after awhile, not charging the phone. Is there a specific reason Why?

Using wall charger or computer with usb?
Are you using the phone while it's charging via streaming, downloading, gaming?
The flicker usually means that the cpu is getting to hot while charging....

No, it just did it while I left it alone. I'm using a third party charger and it's not doing it anymore. But when I was using a official HTC charger it did.

Maybe HTC charge cable is done.....the quality is sub par...not always best cable my chick had always wear hers out within 2 months....Lol

Hopefully I love my one sv. I tried the official HTC charger on my evo design. That seems to be ok.

I have two. One is hanging on by a thread and the other has to be positioned just right or it won't charge the phone haha (that one I do not use for dev work).
