That means that the bandwidth limit for that file (or site) was exceeded. The only way to do it is to go to TeamWin click Find TWRP, put in your phone, choose which model it is from the popup and download from one of the sources. If you still get the error, give it about 15 minutes and try again. You'll just have to keep trying until you get in.

There are things that cause a site to get hit hard - like when a new phone comes out. There's nothing you can do about that.

No bro i have twrp and clockwork recovery i need working backup(made with this recoveries) who have in hands htc one sv please backup it via twrp or clokwork and put there.
