Help HTC One V Radio 0521

I downloaded the latest OTA update for the primoc and then went to flash a new rom. After flashing the rom, my phone would not boot up. I tried using RUU to go back and get Error 155. I have done some research and have found out that this is caused by the update pushing a new HBOOT to the phone, which the RUU is not compatible with. I saw on the internet someone saying that to solve this problem, HTC One V users just bring the phone back to the original radio. I think I have a copy of it in my PK76IMG.zip but I do not know what to do with it. Any help will be great. Thanks.

Okay so I just went and installed Rhythmic Rom v2.1e and I am now able to use my phone on Jelly bean 4.2.2. Here is a link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2147407

1) how do you like the rom? is camera working? any wifi connect problems?
2) please write a few lines how to do the fastboot flash boot boot.img? start with how to extract boot.img from the ROM. Would unzip ROM will extract the boot.img?
