The HTC One is going to be much better hardware-wise, it's the latest phone from HTC and one of the most recent one, compared to the S3, almost a year old.

I prefer samsung to htc, and if you want the power of the One with the great features of the S3, I'd wait for the GS4 or look at the Note II

I just want a phone with really good hardware.. To me software doesn't matter too much. I'm just going to end up putting a ROM on it. I just wanted to know if I could put a htc sensation-based ROM on the htc One. If so, I will almost surely get it instead of waiting for the galaxy s4 and that google phone.
