My HTC One's battery completely died last night. I plugged it in this morning, it charged for an hour or so, then I turned on Pandora for my baby. The Pandora app froze, then the phone popped up with a message about the phone not responding and sending an error report. I did send the report by pushing the yes button. The phone then turned completely off. Every time I try to turn it on, the little back arrow and the home button at the bottom blink but nothing else happens. The red light at the top doesn't turn on even though it's plugged in and still needs charging. I've tried to reboot the phone by holding the volume button down and pressing the power button but still just the blinking arrow and home button at the bottom. I have my service through Sprint. HELP!!!
