HTC one wont turn on

I have an HTC one from t-mobile. No matter what i do, it won't turn on. The red light wont go on even when its plugged in. I tried everything but there is no sign of it turning on.
 
Leave it charging for 24 hours as a first step. If it still won't do anything it's hard bricked. Look on YouTube for unbricking a hard bricked HTC One.
