Help HTC One X Keyboard problem

Just got my new One X today, and I'm having problems with the on-screen keyboard. When I try to input text I'm unable to select the P key - no matter how many times I press it, I get the letter O. The same occassionally happens with the other keys on that side of the screen, but they are selectable most of the time.
I've tried Swiftkey and Swype, and also done the keyboard calibration, but the problem remains. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.

Do you have problems selecting apps, buttons etc elsewhere in the OS (not in the keyboard) because you say it's by the edge of the screen which suggests to me it might be a hardware issue, especially as it's not just the default keyboard.

Could be fixed with a Factory Reset though, if you only got it today then I'd try a Factory Reset and see if it works, if not then I'd consider getting a replacement.
