sorry if this if the wrong forum but i have problem, when i connect htc to my computer and i have some music,video is liek 3 gigs but i see something "white" it saids "other" and that is taking my 5 gigabayts what can i do

...post a screen shot, that should be able to help us figure this out. Sounds odd.

On a side note, if you disconnect, and reconnect, is it still there?
