phone was low on battery and then it turned off and did not turn back on when i plugged it to the charger. the led light doesnt turn on either.
 
Try leaving it plugged in for a while. For some reason, this sometimes happens with the htc one x batteries, and leaving the phone plugged in for a few hours can fix it.
