someone hit NFC (allow data when phone touches another phone) on my phone without my permission. Now my phone is acting crazy.

Turn NFC off and reboot?
If not, could you post again and tell us what sort of crazy the phone is acting? More information is useful when trying to diagnose a problem. Many people leave NFC active (though I don't myself) without problems.
