htc problem

hi everyone..i have a problem with my htc ipod..as i open it, after unlocking, what is always reflected on the screen is the white screen with htc mark. i cannot go on with what i want to do..i cannot see the icons..please help what to do?..thanks millions

If it has a removable battery? Power down the device and remove / reinsert the battery.

I'm not sure what device you have, but it sounds like the phone/tablet can't boot the Rom and you're stuck on the HTC splash screen
