This is going back years, I had the original EVO I broke the charging port. They fixed it, and sent it back me free of charge. I believe it took about 10-12 working days. I am a fan of HTC and their customer service.

When my wife had one repaired a few years ago it was back in a week. But since this will surely depend on what country you are in (which nobody was specifying - we're in the UK btw) I don't know how much use people's experiences would be to any individual even if the posts weren't all from 2011.
