If we do see a phone like this it probably won't be until next year. For now HTC can just refine the Evo through software updates.

They are quoting jackson.

Jackson was the "inside man" on the evo. He made about 20 predictions about the evo, he got 1 right, after everyone else it said it was true, the 199 thing.

The rest of predictions where just garbage.

Inculding the last one.


He said that the htc evo would out sell the iphone at release.

htc evo 100k-200k first 3 days.

Iphone 4 1.4-1.7 MILLION.

So please do not quote that site. Mods could we please delete this thread.
 
So they say its using a CPU that doesnt exist yet while there is a 1.2 and 1.5 multi-core platform coming to market soon?

Ill pass on their brand of clairvoyance.
 
End of 2010 is too soon. The Droid X and Evo 4G technology is what future phones are adding and enhancing. Nothing that completely out duels it should be available in 2010.

That's just crazy talk.
 
When looking for news on the Evo before it was officially announced, half of my search was spent ignoring anything from ozcarguide.com
 
It does seem to be too big of a jump. I'd say it'd be late 2011 before we get those stats, other than Gingerbread of course.
 
Those specs mean diddle unless they have some new battery technology. That would impress me more at this stage in the game.
 
I think it could happen. Remember motorola said they wanted to release a2ghz device by years end. Htc may be trying to match it
 
OK really where does anyone find out where the new lineup of new phone are coming out unless you are the maker and you leak it. I want hard proof of what are we to expect for 2011/2012.

I'd like $1 million in $20 bills in a suitcase ASAP as well.

Too bad neither you or I will get our demands met.
 
Who cares? Network advances are needed now more than new phones. And they need to stop the treng be the byte or no one will want these data chompers.
