HTC-Samsung question

I'm planning on making the switch from HTC to the Samsung Note 2. Something I noticed while looking at Samsungs at Sprint was while reading articles online I was not able to double tap the text. Something I use with my htc often is (while reading) I double tap on the text and it automatically resizes itself to the size of the screen. I thought that was an Android feature but I'm wondering if that's just an HTC Sense feature and that's not available on samsung? Does anyone know if that's just an HTC Sense feature or if I can change a setting in the Samsung to use that feature?

If your reading online it will be a feature of the browser you're using, not the OS. Chrome does this quite well, Opera does it perfectly (though I still prefer Chrome).

Having said that, the screen on this thing is so sharp and huge, I rarely find myself needing to enlarge text.
