HTC Screen repair

[Android Question]

Hey everyone, I have an HTC ONE X AT&T and I'm trying to repair the screen, but I got to the point where you take off the screen, but I'm stuck, I was taking the screen off, and it was very thinner than the replacement, there are 3 papers and a gray screen with colorued lined still on the case should I take them off or what? If you need pictures etc ask I really need your help guys!!!! I tried going to the HTC One x forum, but they never replied
