Help HTC Sensation media error

Why can't I send a media message on my htc sensation? I follow all the procedures and it looks like it is sending, then I get an error message every time!

For mms, you have to setup the right settings according to your carrier, like the name of the server

And I think you have to set it up with the carrier in the first place - I know I had to send O2 a text to get it all set up - not that I have ever used it since.
