Help Htc Sensation not connecting to wifi

I have had the HTC sensation xl for a few months and suddenly since last night it seems unable to connect to any wifi. I have restarted it numerous times and done a factory reset as well as resetting my wifi and the wifi is working for my computer. It says the connection is Excellent but will just keep showing obtaining IP address and never connects. Is there anything I can do?

A very long shot but did you restarted your router? I had a similar situation in the past, and after two weeks digging that did the trick.
