Help Htc sense has stopped unexpectedly

Ok, so I'm not even sure what's wrong with my phone, earlier it started raining, but I don't think it got wet enough to do damage. Every time I turn on my phone, it shows the lock screen as usual, but when I unlock it, it has a never ending loop saying Htc sense has stopped unexpectedly. I can't get to my home screen at all, so Idont think resetting it is an option.

Hello and let me add my welcome to Mike's. :)

First of all, shut it down and don't power back up until you've made sure there is no water in there. You risk more damage by trying to run a wet phone.

It doesn't take much moisture to cause issues in these things... it still might not be too late for you to remove the battery cover, battery, SIM card and sd card and then swab all areas you can get to with rubbing alcohol on a cotton tipped stick like a Q-tip. The alcohol evaporates quickly and displaces moisture; techs use it all the time.

Removing the battery and SIM card and sd card also may resolve the issue on its own..but do the alcohol thing first and the biggest point is don't power up until you've made sure as best you can that all moisture is out. You can do that by putting the device (with the cover and battery and SIM card and sd card out) in a container of dry uncooked rice overnight.
