Help HTC Sense is not finding my mobile.

Hello people!

I already did everything that I could but when I go to the HTC Sense Cashboard it keeps saying that the PhoneFinder on my Desire HD isn't active. But it is all the time, and of course Wi-Fi, Mobile and GPS are all turned on, and HTC Sense keeps saying that it can't locate the phone because the phonefinder is not activated.
I really don't know what to do more to solve this problem, and I need this feature so bad, I'm from Brazil and you know... Safety is not the best thing that we have here, hehe.

Does anyone got the same problem?

Thanks all you people!

1) Disable phone finder (Settings > Location), then sync your htc sense account (Settings > Accounts & Sync).
2) After synching your htc sense account, re-enable the phone finder again and synch again.

I got the same problem as well. But after performing the steps above, it worked for me. Got these steps from here. Hope it helps.

The above worked for me today, had the same problem as you. It took a few attempts for htc sense website to find my location. I logged out of htc sense website, logged back in clicked refresh location on the map. You can see your phone location icon is flashing, eventually it updated on the htc website and I was able to ring the phone too.
Hope it works.

Hello people!!
when i first connected my phone to pc it was recognized although i couldn syncronize..
After a couple of hours that i tried to sync for adding some stuff in the SDcard, i got -and still getting - the messange from the pc that "the port of HTC desire HD sync dosnt respond.Unplug the cable and reconnect after 10 min..."and of course when i m doing it nothing happens....HELPPPP

Thanks for the guidance. It worked perfectly for me. HTCSense.com is pretty cool! I tested all functions and it works.

Panoptha, you got off topic. However, unplug your devices from USB and reboot the PC. Then plug in the Inspire.
