HTC sense removal or adjustment

Ok So I switched over to T mobile ( decent service in my area way better then sprint) we tried the windows mobile phones for a week and well they could not do what I needed. So until income tax comes and i can get a better DROID we got the Wildfire S..
I see these are not as ez.. as the samsung phones to do anything with if anything at all.. but I would love to rip the htc sense 2.1 out of this and if that can not be done at least slim it down to 3 screens instead of 7.. I have not found a way to do either.. at this time..

You can't remove Sense unfortunately. You can stick a launcher on top of it, something like Go Launcher, or ADW?

I just wanted to strip it down a tad to make more room and maybe get a little more speed..

I know the S is a very very entry level Droid.. and it is what it is and does it well..

I will be getting the galaxy s II in a few months with income tax.. So I guess this will do fine until then..
