HTC Sprint Hero Speaker Dock/Cradle

I have been looking everywhere for a compatible dock/cradle for the HTC Sprint Hero that has the ability to charge the phone while also including external speakers for music playback while at work and/or home. Something similar to one of the ipod style speaker docks would be phenomenal. I even thought of buying of those styles and then getting an ipod to mini usb adapter for the Hero to plug into. I just don't know if it would work properly. It sounds like a good idea. Has anyone else found an alternative or tried something similar to this? If so, what?

Also check ebay for hero cradle

I have one that holds the phone upright, charges, has a slot for a 2nd battery, has a usb out, and a headphone out jack in the back.

HTC also has one on their official site.
