htc sync for laptop

Hello! Icould not sync my HTC incredible s with my Toshiba's laptop (windows 7 ultimate) despite downloading the app. There is a suggestion to debug the USB. What is debugging? In fact even that also did not help.what else to be done?
What are the Airtel settings for 3G?:mad:

I do not beleive the HTC sync software requires you to enable debugging mode to use it. In a nutshell, debugging mode grants access to the system through the USB interface while the system is operational.

For the app to work correctly you may need to run it as an administrator.

I don't know the APN settings for Airtel, but perhaps someone in HTC Incredible S - Android Forums will.
