htc sync

hi, ive just switched to htc from blackberry and each time i try using the htc sync it wont let me, it either says device not connected or download adobe air etc.. ive done the download parts but still no joy.
any ideas how to fix this please?????????????????????????

HTC sync is notoriously flakey... I'd suggest MyPhoneExplorer over the HTC offering... I have linked you to the app that goes on your phone... you'd need to download the computer version too.

There are device sub-forums for each Android device... if you go here - http://androidforums.com and scroll down, you should see your HTC device - there will be other users in there that will be able to give you other pointers relating to how to get the best out of your phone!
