Htc Touchscreen acting weird

Since I replaced my digitalizer glass, its been zooming, stop scrolling and other weird stuff while im scrolling where ever. It was perfect before my new glass... Any ideas?

Well, you could try a few things:

Root (if you're not already) and install a different ROM. I doubt that helps anything, but it's the easiest fix if it does do anything.

Second thing would be to check to make sure the connector isn't dirty and that it's properly inserted.

Third, I wonder if there's a difference between the Desire, Desire HD, and Desire Z digitizer and if you got the wrong one by mistake?

Fourth, maybe the digitizer you got was defective.

Thanks alot for the fast answer. I could try to see if there's any dirt or anything on the connectors i guess. I'm not rooted, I don't really know how so I can't try this step.

Well, the digitalizers are different I believe because it must fit the screen, and the HTC Desire Z has a different shape than the others, everything fits but it's been acting weird since I changed it, I don't know why..
