HTC U11: How to speed up animations

If you feel like animations are too slow and apps don’t move as fast as you’d like, this simple trick can speed up the HTC U11 dramatically.

1. Go to Settings > About > Software information > More
2. Tap on Build number until a message says you are now a developer
3. Go to Settings > Developer options > Advanced
4. In the Animation section, tweak the scale for Window, Transition, and Animator duration. (We recommend .5x)
