HTC VIVID Wallpaper setting

I recently installed the Go Dev Launcher on my HTC Vivid and i didnt really like it so i deleted it , after that i noticed it changed my wallpaper, so i went into my photos and found my original wallpaper. When i pressed set as wallpaper it had me crop like usual but this time instead of having the ability to crop the whole picture it only let me crop in landscape and not have the whole portrait wallpaper be itself, help? or in other words it only let me crop from the side to side, it didnt include the very top of the picture.

Settings &#9654; Applications &#9654; Storage use or downloaded &#9654; Gallery &#9654; Clear data.
