Help htc watch not working

Im in the UK. When i click on htc watch it says out of coverage region. Does it not work in the UK?

Mine works fine, I'm on O2. You can try setting>application>all>HTC watch>clear catch>force stop>disable>restart phone>enable HTC watch. See if it helps, the initial start take a bit of time though
