Two more things...

It's turned off on its own 4 times now, and it likes to say It's syncing alot. I go in to see what is trying to sync, and nothing is trying to sync lol. Odd

Us DX users saw the sync icon staying on the phone a lot when we upgraded to GB. The solution was to reset to factory defaults and only add your main Google account. Then let the phone sync up your Gmail stuff. When the arrows go away, then add in everything else (facebook, other emails, etc).

This is in other sections but I feel like people couldn't find it. Go to Menu then Settings then System Updates and then HTC Software update and Check Now. You will get two updates.... The first is a patch for HTC Watch and the second is a newer version of the HTC Watch app (or other way around). The app was getting stuck syncing and keeping the phone awake and draining battery.

I've noticed you've been having to point this out in at least three other threads, so yeah, good job helping people compadre!

I also think this attention by HTC is top-notch. :)

Hahaha yes I got sick of typing it. I agree that this attention is top notch and I hope it continues!

I followed your directions and do not get either of these updates listed :(

The only update listed is the OTA System Upgrade 1.13.651.7 that I do not want to complete as it removes the phone dialer.

Do I have to complete that one first to see the HTC Watch updates?

Yes you have to do the 1.13 update in order to see the rest. Having said that they have just pushed out a fix for the removal of the Phone Dialer shortcut (the dialer itself is not removed). So you should get them in this order:
the System Update 1.13.xxx.x then HTC Watch which has 2 pieces and then the Lock Screen fix (Phone Icon) which has two pieces. reboot between each update just to be safe.

+1. You have to install the 1.13 update first, and after reboot you may find that it tells you no more updates are available. Wait for awhile and keep searching, eventually it finds the subsequent fixes (about 5 total, 2 for HTC Watch, 1 for the Lock Screen, 1 for HTC Widget, etc).

So there may be a lag between when you install 1.13.xx and the time it finds the other updates, that's what happened to me but after I kept looking it eventually found and installed them.

its been an hour and its only at 20%..is this normal...i tried to download with 4g and it kept turning off. any help appriciated

With all the updates downloaded will it allow the movie to be seen? Also beside the dialer icon missing does it cause anything else to mess up?

i never lost my dialer icon and i have been thru 2 different handsets now.

the movie issue is with HTC. the update fixes some under the hood items but it does not directly correct the movie issue.
