I have an HTC Wildfire S from Virgin Mobile. I've had it for several months now. Last night my phone died. Normal, I know. But when I went to plug it in to the charger I've been using since I got it, nothing happened. No orange light. I changed chargers thinking that was the problem, still no orange light. I went back to the original charger. I left it overnight, thinking my battery was just too dead to give it power. This morning, still nothing. I took the battery out and plugged the charger in, and a light came on. Not the orange light in the speaker at the top, but a little dim light that's right above the screen. That light came on with the charger plugged in without the battery, letting me know it's not the charger. With it plugged in, I can't turn it on. I can't even get to the boot menu (Volume down + Power) with it plugged in. Nor without the battery. I'm about to break this thing.
Does ANYBODY have ANY idea how to fix it?

This is me. I posted this before I created an account this morning. I really can't find anything on fixing it. :/

I suggest buying a new battery for your phone. Batteries only last for so long before they finally drain completely. And for future reference do not plug your phone in with the battery out, you could damage your phone! Hope this helps :)
